Dipul's Green AI Reclamation Framework: A Practical Way to Handle Energy Limits in AI Training and Inference

The framework asserts that when AI systems face tight limits regarding power, equipment, carbon rules, money, and speed, focusing first on recovering compute that is being wasted right now such as idle GPU time, unnecessary calculations, and models with way too many parameters yields far more real improvement.
